Your Keyholding Company in the East Midlands
The East Midlands sits at the heart of the UK's logistics network, with distribution parks along the M1 and around East Midlands Airport, alongside the city centres of Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Lincoln. Clients here include organisations that want a single, accountable security partner rather than a list of staff phone numbers, with sites including distribution centres along the M1, manufacturing sites and offices and shops in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester.
Choosing a keyholding company in the East Midlands comes down to trust. Uniguard is an SIA Approved Contractor, every officer is SIA-licensed and vetted to BS 7858, and your keys are coded, stored off site and logged every time they move. You get a named account manager, a 24/7 control centre and a written report after every attendance, so you always know who has been to your site and why.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How does a keyholding company work in the East Midlands?

Which areas of the East Midlands do you cover?
We cover the East Midlands, including Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Lincoln, Loughborough and Mansfield. Send us your postcode and we will confirm cover.
What should I look for in a keyholding company?
Check that the company holds SIA Approved Contractor status, that its officers are SIA-licensed and vetted, how keys are coded and stored, and whether you get a written report after every visit. Uniguard covers all four.
Are your officers SIA-licensed?
Yes. Every officer we deploy holds a valid SIA licence and is vetted to BS 7858.
Do you cover nights, weekends and bank holidays?
Yes. Our control centre runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Can I cover more than one site?
Yes. Sites in the East Midlands and elsewhere in the UK can sit under one agreement with a single point of contact.
