Our Alarm Callout Service in the East Midlands
The East Midlands sits at the heart of the UK's logistics network, with distribution parks along the M1 and around East Midlands Airport, alongside the city centres of Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Lincoln. Our East Midlands clients include property owners who want a trained person to attend alarm callouts instead of going themselves, across distribution centres along the M1, manufacturing sites and offices and shops in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester.
Our alarm callout service in the East Midlands is there for the moment your alarm goes off and you cannot, or should not, go yourself. One call to our control centre and an officer is on the way with your keys. They will find the cause, check the building, deal with any damage and leave the site locked and alarmed. You get a written callout report so you have a record for insurers and alarm engineers.

Which areas of the East Midlands do you cover?
We cover the East Midlands, including Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Lincoln, Loughborough and Mansfield. Send us your postcode and we will confirm cover.
Can I use your alarm callout service without a contract?
We recommend setting up an agreement first, so we already hold your keys and instructions when an alarm goes off. Contact us and we can get you set up quickly.
Are your officers SIA-licensed?
Yes. Every officer we deploy holds a valid SIA licence and is vetted to BS 7858.
Do you cover nights, weekends and bank holidays?
Yes. Our control centre runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Can I cover more than one site?
Yes. Sites in the East Midlands and elsewhere in the UK can sit under one agreement with a single point of contact.
How much does an alarm callout service cost in the East Midlands?
It depends on the number of sites, how many keys we hold and the level of response you need. Send us your details and we will give you a clear quote.
