Sandwell
Our Out of Hours Keyholding Service in Sandwell
Sandwell is made up of six towns, West Bromwich, Oldbury, Smethwick, Rowley Regis, Tipton and Wednesbury, with industrial estates close to the M5 and M6 and busy town-centre retail. We work with employers who no longer want staff attending alarms on their own at night, covering industrial units near the M5 and M6, town-centre shops and warehouses across the six towns.
Out of hours keyholding in Sandwell protects your staff as much as your building. Instead of asking an employee to drive to a dark, empty site after an alarm, our trained officer attends. They check the premises, deal with the problem, meet emergency services if needed and secure the site. It removes a real duty-of-care risk and gives you peace of mind evenings, nights and weekends.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How does out of hours keyholding work in Sandwell?
We hold your keys and your out-of-hours instructions. When an alarm or emergency occurs outside working hours, an officer attends your Sandwell premises and sends you a report of what happened.
Which areas of Sandwell do you cover?
We cover all of Sandwell: West Bromwich, Oldbury, Smethwick, Rowley Regis, Tipton and Wednesbury. Send us your postcode and we will confirm cover.
Why not just use a member of staff as keyholder?
Sending staff to an alarm at night puts them at risk and can breach your duty of care. Our officers are trained and licensed for it, and many insurers prefer a professional keyholder.
Are your officers SIA-licensed?
Yes. Every officer we deploy holds a valid SIA licence and is vetted to BS 7858.
Do you cover nights, weekends and bank holidays?
Yes. Our control centre runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Can I cover more than one site?
Yes. Sites in Sandwell and elsewhere in the UK can sit under one agreement with a single point of contact.
How much does out of hours keyholding cost in Sandwell?
It depends on the number of sites, how many keys we hold and the level of response you need. Send us your details and we will give you a clear quote.
