Out of Hours Keyholding in Smethwick

Smethwick borders Birmingham and has a long industrial history, with factory units and workshops sitting alongside the busy Cape Hill shopping area and residential streets around Bearwood. Our Smethwick clients include employers who no longer want staff attending alarms on their own at night, across factory units, workshops, high-street shops around Cape Hill and mixed-use buildings.

Out of hours keyholding in Smethwick protects your staff as much as your building. Instead of asking an employee to drive to a dark, empty site after an alarm, our trained officer attends. They check the premises, deal with the problem, meet emergency services if needed and secure the site. It removes a real duty-of-care risk and gives you peace of mind evenings, nights and weekends.
